Hello, my name is Jason B. Hinkley. I was born in New Hampshire but was raised in Corning, New York. I am a graduate of the Vancouver Film School with a diploma in classical animation.

I studied at SUNY Fredonia where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in animation, as well as an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in 3D Animation from Mohawk Valley Community College.

 

Outside of school I continue my studies. Taking courses at the Animation Guild on storyboarding, and Sergios Storyboard Art Mentorship year program.

 

For my experience I have done internship at Feldspar creating animation shorts at the time Musicly!, now Tik Tok. Some layout work for Lowbrow studios for WWE animated project.  Animated scenes for a music video for the music label Shifter Grim. Lastly, storyboard for animation jam thrown by the Creators Society.

 

I am well versed in various animation programs including Toon Boom Harmony, 3D Max, Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, DigiCel, and Powerpoint.

 

As well as possessing skills in many applicable programs, I am a strong leader as well as an excellent team player who gets work done in a timely manner.

 

Currently I am looking to achieve my dream of working at a studio making animated series.
